General Info:
All dogs and cats are groomed in a safe, quiet and calm environment by professional and qualified groomers – Brigitte & Emma – assisted by Kate who is in charge of the “wet room”. Each dog is given individual attention and the grooming process is not rushed to ensure each dog enjoys the experience. Dogs have access to a secure garden if they need to relieve themselves at any time during their visit.Getting your puppy used to routine care such as brushing, bathing, nail clipping, checking teeth, ear cleaning and plucking at an early age is really important and will benefit your puppy greatly, especially if you have a breed that needs regular grooming. We take our time with young pups, gently introducing and familiarising them to the noise of dryers, clippers, scissors near their faces, etc. A good age for a first visit is between 8-14 weeks. At this age, your puppy will probably only need a bath, nails trimmed and a tidy up – but this is a good introduction to a full groom when he gets older.
